A few years ago, I was a teacher with a growing list of places I wanted to see and no idea how much travel was about to change my life.

Ironically, it wasn't solo travel that came first—it was a group trip.

That first experience showed me something I'd never considered before. You don't have to wait for friends to be free or for life to slow down. You can simply decide to go.

That trip gave me the confidence to start travelling solo, and before long I was completely hooked. Since then I've explored the world, met incredible people, and discovered that some of my closest travel friends are people I met on previous adventures.

That's why I created Sol & Solstice.

As I got older, I realised there was a gap in the travel world. So many group trips are aimed at people in their early twenties, while others feel like they're designed for people who just want to tick off landmarks and be back at the hotel by dinner.

But what if you're 30, 40 or beyond and still want the adventure?

What if you still want sunrise hikes, spontaneous detours, trying local food, laughing until midnight, and saying yes to experiences you'll remember for years?

That's exactly who these trips are for.

I don't have an age limit because I don't think age tells you anything about the kind of traveller you are. What matters is your mindset.

The women who join my trips are curious. They're open to meeting new people, excited to explore somewhere new and ready to make memories instead of waiting for "one day."

Many leave with friendships that continue long after the trip has ended.

If you've been looking for people who still have that sense of adventure, welcome. I think you've found your kind of people.

Adventure doesn't have an age limit, it just needs the right people.

A few years ago, I was the person waiting for someone to say yes.

You should know this...

✈️ I was a teacher before I became a full-time travel creator.
Helping people has always been my thing, it just looks a little different these days.

🌍 My first group trip changed everything.
It gave me the confidence to start travelling solo, and now I genuinely believe travel can change your life.

👭 I love introducing people.
One of my favourite parts of hosting trips is watching strangers become friends before the adventure is even over.

🧭 I'm more interested in experiences than ticking off landmarks.
Don't get me wrong, we'll see the famous sights—but I'm just as excited about finding the hidden café, staying out for sunset, or stumbling across somewhere unexpected.

🙋‍♀️ I don't care how old you are,I care about your mindset.
If you're kind, open-minded and up for an adventure, you'll fit right in.

📸 You'll probably end up in my camera roll.
I love capturing the little moments that make a trip memorable, so expect plenty of photos and videos to look back on.

☀️ I believe the best memories happen when you say yes.
Most of the women who join my trips arrive feeling nervous. They leave wondering why they didn't do it sooner.

🤍 I'm a mum to two girls, so I know how valuable your time and money are.
When you choose to come on one of my trips, I want it to feel completely worth it.
